It sounds like Momma has mastitis if her nipples are swollen and feverish. I imagine the vet will put her on an antibiotic for it tomorrow. You can put a warm, damp cloth on her nipples tonight to give her some relief.

Great that Dad gets neutered tomorrow.

Is Momma getting spayed tomorrow, or just getting treated for her mastitis?

Oh, okay.

Feed 2-4 mLs of formula to each kitten every 2 hours. Are you using PetAg KMR?

Do you know how to feed and potty them, or do you need help?

How much do they weigh?

You have to feed through the night too.

Put the compress on Momma.

Yes, it appears to be mastitis. Get the warm damp cloth on her right away. Then warm it and put it on some more. It should give her some relief for tonight.

Do you need instructions on feeding or pottying the babies?

That's a good formula!

Since you don't know the weights, I'm guessing 2-4 mLs apiece for now. If they want more, give it. Every 2 hours around the clock.

Feed tummy down, head up. Couple drops in the side of the mouth, let kitten swallow and breathe, and give more.

Use a damp cottonball to rub the kitten's private parts to stimulate pee and poop.

Kittens on formula do not have to poop every day.

How much are they eating?

They really shouldn't until she gets antibiotics. Has the heat helped mom?

Tonight will be tough for you, but they really need to eat every 2 hours at this age. You'll have to set your alarm.
