How Long Between Bowel Movements

How often does the average cat on raw food have a bowel movement/how long between bowel movements is normal. My kitty usually has 3-4 days in between, she also gets 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin for constipation prevention. I'm just wondering if that's normal.

My 10 year old goes every 1-2 days, my 5 year old goes every 2-3 days. I would probably be very alert if my cat only went every 3-4 days making sure that she wasn't crying or straining in the litterbox, etc. It might be normal for her but I would still be alert to signs of constipation

Yeah it concerns me that's why I'm asking. She does strain a little bit, but she has nerve damage around her tail area. This has only happened within the last 2-3 months also I don't know why, and I want to solve the issue.
