Well only 252 this morning 5g bump from yesterday. Yesterday was the first day I went from 2 hour feedings to 3 hour feedings. I was feeding 15ml per now im feeding 20ml per. I may have missed a feeding yesterday whoch caused the lack of increase. So ill weigh tomorrow and readjust if needed but he still is getting 100ml of forumla per day

He sounds like he's doing fine. He's eating a good amount.

How many 3-hour feedings are you doing?

And how did Jasper do with every 3 hours? Did he get fussy or have trouble drinking the extra amount?

My plan is 5 feedings 3 hours apart. And hes doing fine taking the extra amount. It goes down soooo fast!

I'm going to suggest 6 feedings if you can manage it. I think he really needs it to grow on, and 9 hours without milk is still a long time on this new schedule. It's only for a week. [emoji]128521[/emoji]

Jasper just gets cuter and cuter!

Are he and his mom really closely bonded?

I was wondering, because you said mom will eventually go back to live with your mom, and I guess you're keeping Jasper? If they are deeply bonded they may need to stay together in the future.

It's great that she trusts you to help care for him. They do sound close, and like she's happy to have a co-parent! Would love to see more photos of them together.

He is so cute!

Look at that little ringed tail!  I can't tell you how cute I find kittens in general, but for some reason those short, stubby little tails just make me grin like a fool!

Lol yes, 291!

Today ge broke 300. The acale kept jumping between 305-317 so Im not sure the exact weight. Even with the tubberware cotainer on the scale, its digital and he keeps moving so it kept jumping.

Anyways when and how should i start to introduce him to my other cats, and dog? Thanks

You can begin introducing Porky, I mean Jasper, around the time he's weaning to solids. So in a couple of weeks!

And then you'll want short, supervised introductions. Are they aware there's a newbie in the house? And how's Jasper's mom doing? Is she protective of him?

No, they aren't aware and shes kind of laid back. She doesnt seem to mide anymore when i take jasper away from her, she lets him walk around when im in the room. But she does keep him warm and such.

It sounds like all of you have a very nice relationship. Is there any way your mom would let you keep her?
