She does sound close. As Stefan said, there aren't any signs that are truly reliable. Each cat does her own thing, may have no signs or every single one that's ever been observed. Discharge in the last week is normal, so long as it's not a lot and the color is okay. Milk can come in a week ahead too. Hang in there.

Isn't the floor just so beautiful? Gotta love ripping the carpet out because of ringworm.

Also she's giant.

I can't believe she hasn't had them yet. I feel like I should be getting worried.

If she's not in distress, just be patient! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

My mom and I both had this dream that she would have eight. I really hope that's not the case. Because I fix all the kittens before they go to homes, that would cost a fortune. Oh well. Maybe it'll just be five.

Eight is a large litter. My cat was huge, but only had four. You should know soon!

Although she looks big, her tummy doesn't look as big and tight (stretched to the limit) as the recent ones who had 8. It's a lot of work so fingers crossed that it's only 4 or so.

She's in her nest scratching. Maybe we'll see some babies soon.

The one of the latest pics you posted I thought her tail was a kitten! haha

She'll have them soon, it feels like forever doesn't it? :)

My guess as to how far she was when I got her is about 21 days, which is the avg I came up with for when pinking shows up (she had prominent nipples already, and was drooling/nauseas). It's been 42 days since then, so if I'm right, then we should be seeing babies soon. Really just a guess, as I have no idea on the date of conception.

She's been in her nest all night and is kinda groaning every once in a while. She's been extremely upset when the fosters cry, and wants to go to them. Should I allow this?

That's her maternal instincts kicking in from her hormones gearing up for babies. I would try to keep her separate, and the fosters where she can't hear them if possible.

It sounds like she may be in stage one labor. Can you see any discharge or contractions?
