kitten swollen penis

Hi,
My kitten of 4 months has a swollen penis.
I took him t the vet and he says to just wait and see if it recipes itself.
He his eating and drinking normally. Playing, peeing and pooing with no problems although he will meow on occasion when peeing, but it really isn't very often and certainly not everything.
I'm thinking I should get a second opinion because doing nothing doesn't seem right to me.
It doesn't bother him either.
What does everyone else think, please?

A swollen penis is painful. It could also be a sign of something..

Please take him to another Vet.
