picky eaters--What to feed?

I have two cats that are extremely picky about what they eat. I have recently changed to feeding them Natural Balance, they won't touch it. They were eating ProPlan for urinary tract health and would eat every crumb.I know the Proplan is a good food but I was really impressed with the ingredients in the Natural Balance and wanted to try something new. My pursian cat has a problem with dry skin and my other cat has a major stomach problem, everything gives her diarrhea. Since changing to the Natural Balance she has not had one incidence of diarrhea, but again they haven't really been eating very much.I don't know if I should get something different or stick to the Natural Balance and make them eat it. I am feeding the hard and soft food. They pick at the hard food but do seem to like the soft food.Does anyone have any advice?

how long have you had them on the new food? My thought would be they are getting used to it.

I have had them on the food about 10 days now. I don't know how long to wait to see if they will start eating it.

Your babies may be eating the Natural balance, but they may not need to eat as much, because of the higher quality food. Check the nutrition levels in both foods, it may be that the Natural balance is higher in protien, so less eating. Although I have come across the same problem. I have tried other foods that I thought were better than what I am giving them now, they would not eat it. I feed my cats Eukanuba, which they love, so I stick with it. Not that I have any problem with Eukanuba, I feel it is a very good food.
