This thread is dedicated to my three youngin's - the brothers/littermates Oscar and Oliver, and their adopted sister Pea-Pea. The pics in this post are all from April 10, 2016.

My boys, Oscar and Oliver

Oscar with his "deer in the headlights" look

Oliver on the table in the living room

Oscar, still looking starstruck

Oliver begging to be let upstairs - a pretty common scene here

Another pic of the two boys

Yep, this really is a different picture

Oscar decided to come over and then give me the stare again

Just a cute pic

Pea-Pea decided to join

Miss Pea-Pea!

Pic of all three youngin's

Oliver, in one of his favorite poses

I love the way her head is cocked to the side here

The look on her face here just makes me all warm and fuzzy

Oscar and Oliver are almost twins.  So cute.  And, of course, Pea Pea
There's just something so special about black cats

I had "cow kitty" littermates before, but they really didn't look so much alike like your two guys.

Oh, I agree, black cats are just awesome. Not sure what it is about them, they just are really good at grabbing our hearts it seems.

It's so funny, the second time I went to the vet with the boys, I finally had names for them (Oscar and Oliver were originally "Tweedledum" and "Tweedledee" on the records). And the vet said, which one is which?? And to me, they look so unique!! Though I'll admit, I had to look at the tips of their tails for quite awhile - that was the first thing I noticed that was different about them, because Oliver has a white tip on his tail.

Throwback to last August (and yes, I realize it's not Thursday :) ). I started taking pics of my cats eating sometime last year I think. I don't know if I did it before I got the kittens but definitely after, mainly because it was the one time all or most of them would be in the same picture!

This is Lucky, Oscar, Oliver and Sara. Lucky and Sara were so nice and healthy here, and the boys so tiny! Maple was not yet in the kitchen (she was still being anti-social with the kittens), and Pea-Pea was not yet part of the family. I truly appreciate these pics of them eating now. When some of your last memories of your babies is of them not eating, trust me, seeing pictures of them eating makes for a great memory.

The boys were not even with us a month at this point. I think they were about 10-11 weeks old here.

 Oscar reminds me of our late Jamie.
It's so interesting, Oliver reminds me of Lucky much more looks-wise (especially from behind), but Oscar definitely has more of his personality. Even has the same fine, silky coat that Lucky had.

Love that picture!  It made me go back and look at my pix and I realized I have absolutely zero pictures of the four of mine together at one time.  I didn't think I did, because Callie and Sven didn't like each other, so it was a rarity for them to ever be on the same couch together, let alone the bed together, and when Sven was still healthy, we were free feeding, so they didn't all eat at the same time.  So....I've got pictures of the boys and Sven, and the boys and Callie, but none of all of them together.  Guess I'll have to use the magic of photo shopping if I decide to do a "family portrait"

I don't think I ever got a "family portrait" of my three seniors before I got the boys. Just never thought about it. I took plenty of pics of them separately, and have a few with two of them in it, but none with all three that I can find. I do have one with the three I had when we moved out here, which I absolutely adore. That was Lucky, Maple and Ali Cat.

Then I got the boys last July, and it was soooo weird seeing five cats in the kitchen at the same time (or in this case even just the four) after having only three cats for such a long time. We had only three cats for about 7 years, and having five felt amazing :)

Now we have four. The curmudgeonly old lady, Maple :lol3: the boys and Pea-Pea. I need to take a pic of them one of these mornings.

Another flashback pic. This is one of my Three-Headed Hydra, so named because they often slept together in what looked like a big pile, so it looked like one big body with three heads :lol3: The boys were so tiny here! Hard to believe they are both bigger than their uncle was now.

Not once, not twice, not thrice... but FOUR TIMES - Oscar has managed to knock over, pick up and drop, or carry off a bag of Pill Pockets from the counter. Oh wait, in the process of me typing this our, he did it a fifth time. Little stinker, he reminds me more and more of his Uncle Lucky every day. Such a smart and sometimes naughty little boy. I took video of the last two times, I will have to upload them and post!

And then there is Oliver. Doesn't have any of his Uncle Lucky's personality, but goodness, looking at him is like looking at his uncle sometimes. Even just the way he lays on the floor. Here's a pic I took of him yesterday, and then one of his uncle almost ten years ago.

Mr. Oliver has had a rough day. We had people over a good chunk of the day, which just really makes him stressed out and hiding most of the day. And then right around the time they leave, the fireworks start. Now that all the craziness is over, Oliver is in relaxation mode. And when he relaxes, he REALLY relaxes.

He looks so sweet and relaxed I'm sure I would have to disturb him with some smootches ;)

For such a skittish cat when he's awake, he doesn't even start when you pet him if he's asleep. There's only this slight little purr noise and his little toes curl, but he doesn't move his head or even open his eyes.

Came across this video I took of Oliver earlier in the year. Yes, you hear me calling him "Oh Lover!". That was the evolution from "Oh Liver!" that my mom came up with, lol.

I love the tiny white tip on his tail :) He does this all day long. I just had to get it on video. I think I took that back in March.

Miss Pea-Pea's been with us a whole year today! I love this little girl so very much. I adopted her shortly after :rbheart: Lucky passed to honor his memory, as well as give the boys a companion since they also missed him so much. She quickly made herself quite comfortable in our home and in recent months, has been showing her truly affectionate side.

Happy Gotcha Day my little girl!
