My Lizzy couldn't reach, but I really didn't notice it until right before she was ready to push. She is probably getting closer. Are you seeing any contractions?
Rt now she is up and walking around and acting fine. Is this normal when they are in early labor? And contractions I can't really tell I just know she was breathing rapid and stayed in her nesting box for 4 hrs
Yes. It's a process. It takes time. She may eat a little, use the litter box etc. If she gets vocal or really restless she's probably advancing in her labor. She might be glued to you and watch constant affection or just sleep. Hang in there!
It sounds like stage one labor, which can last up to 24 hours. Depending on when this started, she could be at this for awhile. She's in pain, so the comfort you offer is wonderful. Sleep with her if necessary. The next stage, when she gets there, is pushing. You'll probably have kittens by tomorrow morning!
Thank u!!!! Yes I will def be with her all night we have been at this for 7 hours already I can't leave if I do she meows for me. I will keep an update in the morning[emoji]128515[/emoji]
No contractions yet. She was eating then goes back to her nesting box either laying on her side or her belly with her legs flat out I noticed her vagina area has opened up more I could tell. Rt now her breathing is fine then she will go rt back to her breathing again.
