She sounds like it could be any day now! Try not to get too impatient, that's what I did and it was torture waiting for the babies to arrive!

Yes, the groaning could be from trying to groom herself, I hadn't thought of that. As long as she doesn't seem distressed any other time I'm sure she's fine :)

You can see and feel kittens up to 3 weeks before, depending on the litter size and way mom carries them. Milk can be a week early too. If she's moaning while trying to keep clean she's probably just super uncomfy.

If you are sure on the date, she's too early to give birth. She'd be about 60 days? The last few days seem to pass slowly while you're waiting for kittens. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

I can tell she is very uncomfortable she was tiny before she got preg and she is huge now. I rub her belly lightly and she enjoys that will start purring and get up and just rub her face in mine purring.

Awwwww! Sounds like you both good mummies [emoji]128522[/emoji] my kittee gave birth 2 weeks ago to litter of 5. I was exactly like you, just wanted all done so knows all are well! She quite young and petite mum so was a little concerned. I know there can be a huge range of symptoms and signs before they give birth, and I convinced myself a small amount of discharge, or possible signs milk meant giving birth was iminent. I wish I had spent more time encouraging her into a nest where was easy to see exactly what going on, lol, she picked dark shelf in towel cupboard, I had nests made for her all over the house! Anyways, when came to the time, not much warning, definite discharge tho, pink and cld SEE tummy do first contractions Easy to spot, she was a little trooper, I left her to it, but checked every 15mins or so, she seemed to appreciate the encouragement, and is a MAGNIFICENT liddle mum x Wish you all well x

Her temp is lower today 98.9 and she has been sleeping a lot today. She keeps trying to get into my sons crib so I had to block that off for now. I have made her a nesting box a week ago I keep trying to put her in that and finally she went in that she was moving the blanket around making her Lil nest stayed in it for about 10 min and got back out. She stays in my room that way when I do fall asleep I can hopefully hear her she likes to lay in my bed with me. Today she turned 61 days preg!!!! Just waiting I'm thinking and hoping sometime this week or weekend. But she could also surprise me. I like to stay home as much as I can rt now cuz I know she is so close. Just in case if something happens I have my vet on call and handy.

Most mom's won't choose their birthing place until she's in labor, or I should say they won't spend obvious amounts of time there. It does sound like she'll have them later this week. [emoji]128516[/emoji]

And each cat is different as well. You'll most likely see kittens by the end of the weekend, but you just never know. Thank you for the update![emoji]128522[/emoji]

When I checked on her just a Lil bit ago I noticed just a speck of blood on the sheet just like a dot. So hopefully in the night she will have them.
