We have become bottle feed fosters for our local shelter. Currently we are feeding two little baby boys, four weeks old.
If any of you guys remember we bottle feed two little girls we found almost a year ago with great success. Those little ladies are still with us enjoying life!!
But here I go again with poop questions. One little boy pooped a very small amount Monday night. Hasnt pooped since.
I've done everything I know. Warm cotton ball , warm wash cloth, to stimulate him. I was even given the advise to sit his bottom in warm water. A few drops olive oil in bottle. Massage stomach. Still no poop. So my question is how long would you give him, should I wait another day before bringing him to the vet? From what I understand they were just brought in to shelter over the weekend. He wasnt eating all that well until today, now his appetite has increased.
I called shelter they dont seem to be too concerned about it, but makes me nervous.
