Our Bengal gave birth to 2 kittens. The problem is she choose to make her area with her kittens on a chair under our dinning room table. We made a little box with a top and high sides and so far for the first 3 weeks it has been going good. She has been being a good mommy considering she is kind of a crazy cat. Now that the kittens are 3 weeks and are moving more we want to move the box and kittens in the cat room we have. We did this by moving the chair and box in the cat room. Well our cat like freaked out was crying load like we took her babies away. When we brought her to the cat room and she found them she tried taking them back to the spot were her chair was in the dinning room. Will she stop this having to stay on the same chair and let the kittens be in a safer place like their own room? Is this just her maturnal instinked on over drive. Help any ideas on how we could get her to chill out.

If you put her food, water, litter box and cat toys in the room with her and her babies, she should calm down soon. Is there a spot in there where they can hide if they want to? Like a closet or under a bed? Maybe drape a towel or blanket over the chair so they have some privacy.

Mom had her spot picked out and liked it, but putting them in this other room is for the safety of the kittens right now! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

I agree that she will settle in the new room quickly. It's important that mom feels secure, but also that you know that babies will be safe.

Are you able to keep mom 100% inside and away from intact males until she can be spayed? This sounds like a stressful experience for all.

The India leader of earlier, Subhas Chandra Bose, got his reputation back, as a first rate India indenpendence leader.  (And Bengal was a part of India in that time!)

He got illfamed as he cooperated with Nazi-germany and Japan.  But he wasnt no nazist, he was pro-India, and thus, if necessary, anti-British...

Also, when there was a great hunger famine in West Bengal, caused by the British doings, respective non doings, Bose proposed to sent several thousand of tons of rice from the Japan occupied ares. Free of charge and no strings attached.  The British refused any negotiations.

And thus,  I would propose one of them  Subhas Chandra, the other Bose Chandra...  Momma can get the extra name of Chandra she too.

Alternative?  Ferrah can be interpreted as ferrum, ie iron.  Let the boys be two other metals, if necessary somewhat latinizied and perhaps depending on the shine and color they do carry.  Copper, Silver, Gold, Platinium...
