Hey guys.I got 2 kittens form an old gf of mine about 6 hours ago. They were feeding from their mother until i got them so they had no problem doing that..So i go scared for them cuz they were sleeping for most of the time and wanted to get some info.I red that i need to feed them every 3-4h.I tried with a syringe to make them eat some milk (cows) but most of it whould go out from the mouth not the nose.So they both eat only half of 1 syringe and at the video the kittens eat 3 of those...So plz if any1 coould tell me what do..Shops and vets are closed so i dont know where to go..Im really worried
P.S. I called at a vet and they just told to feed them with a syringe, milk "NUNU" mixed with some water. But as i said they wont eat it..

Can you return them to the mother cat until they are weaned and eating solid food?  Obviously it is too soon to take them away from her.

These kittens need to be with their mother. Please explain that to your ex; they will die without sufficient care. Maybe you could take the whole family and foster them until they are ready to be separated. Then you could give mom back.

Please do not use cow's milk. Kittens cannot digest it. They need kitten formula or full fat goat's milk. Right now they are missing their mom and scared. You must keep trying to feed them. They will go downhill quickly if they do not eat. How old are they? Can you post pictures of them?

You are correct that they need to be fed every 3-4 hours, around 12ml per feeding. They must be warm in order to be fed, and the milk must be warm. They can only eat kitten milk replacer or goat milk. They will also need help pottying - their stomach and genitals must be rubbed before and after each feeding so they can pee and poop.

Please, please try to reunite this mother and kittens. Thank you for doing your research and caring. It's a tremendous amount of work; mom would be the very best.

At the very least encourage your ex to spay her cat. It's not healthy for her to have multiple litters, and this level of care is cruelty.

Can you go get the mom cat today and bring her to your home?
