Bald spots on new kitten

/IMG]Hi there, I got a new kitten from a friend of a friend today and he's covered on bald spots. Hes a 12 weeks old male kitten. The people we got him from didn't know much about his medical history. They gave him flea medication and dewormed him but that's about it. The most alarming spots are two large identical ones right behind his ears but there's some one his back and stomach as well. If someone can tell me what these are that would be great.

He should definitely see a vet. It could be mites, or some other skin infection. He is also overdue for first vaccines, and can be neutered at this time.

In short, time for a vet visit!
