I lost my sweet Muffin on Monday, April 11, 2016. She was buff colored and was 18 years old. I found blood in her urine and took her to the vet. He found out she had diabetes. I started her on insulin but she just got worse so I had to have her put to sleep. I'm not good with words so I'll just end here. She was a real sweetheart and I loved her so much. I started out with 8 cats now Muffy (Muffin's daughter) is the only one I have left.

Aw, I am so sorry to hear about Muffin.  My heart goes out to you, losing such a dear friend.   It sounds like you have been through the ringer with your cats.  I'm so sorry for what you are going through.

RIP Dear Muffin.

Oh, I am so sorry for your loss of your sweet Muffin.
Also, sorry on your loss of your previous cats. It is truly devastating when we lose a beloved kitty. They are family and mean so much to us.
Muffin was very much loved and had a wonderful life with you. She surely loved you in return.
Let Muffin's daughter, Muffy comfort you at this time. I am sure Muffin would be happy knowing that you still have Muffy to remember her.
RIP Sweet Muffin!
You were so loved and will always be remembered! !

You don't have to be good with words at a time like this, sometimes the silence tells much more. You shared 18 years with Muffin, you gave her a wonderful life and a home full of love, she asked for no more. I can feel your pain through your post, but also how much she meant to you and how much you miss her. The reason I know this is simple, I've been through this too and know how broken a heart can be. You have to hold on to the knowledge you hold in your heart that she would never want you to be so sad when remembering her, she only wants the very best for you and for you to go on with your life and comfort yourself in times of sadness with the precious memories you will have until the end of your life. 18 years is a long time to forge a bond that is so strong NOTHING can ever break it, not even death. She will be with you always, there is no way something that means so much to you can disappear from your life just because she had to leave this world and begin her journey into the next. Celebrate that you got to know this sweet little girl, try not to dwell on the fact that you could never have her suffer and gave her peace and a escape from pain and suffering. My heart breaks for what you are going through, let some of the pain escape by  continuing to speak of her to others who understand, take care.......RIIP sweet Muffin, you will always be held in a loving heart, please send what comfort you can on the wings of a dove and on the summer's gentle breeze, farewell, but never goodbye!

So sorry for your loss. Muffin sounds like she was a very pretty girl and a good kitty friend.  I hope having Muffin's daughter, Muffy, still with you will be a source of comfort.  Rest in Peace, sweet Muffin.

My condolences on your loss of Muffin. Eighteen years is a good long life, but still not enough to spend with a beloved companion. RIP, Muffin. :rbheart:
