Springtime Kitties! April 2016 Picture Of The Month Contest!

What is spring to you? Sunshine? Flowers? Spring cleaning? Easter or Passover? Let's celebrate springtime in this month's photo contest!

All we ask is that the photo will feature your cat (or cats) and will signify springtime for you (if it's not clear, please explain along with the photo)!

This month, the winner will be getting two cans of Bravo’s new Feline Cafe meals. Each recipe is grain and gluten free. These complete and balanced, natural dinners feature delicious cuts of meat or poultry as the first ingredient!


Prizes can be shipped within the US only but please don't let that stop you from joining in the fun! If you win, I'm sure we can think of a US-based shelter you can donate the prize to (or even to another TCS member!).  

Submissions will be accepted through Wednesday, April 20th. 

The Rules:

1. Choose the best picture you have for our monthly theme and post it to this thread. Please mention the cat's name!
    
2. Image needs to be clear and not too small. 480 pixels high by 640 pixels wide minimum.  Larger is better.
    
3. One submission per member please 
   
   
    
4. No special effects, borders, graphics or text on the pictures. 

Photos will not be monitored during the contest. If your photo fails to comply with the above rules we may have to exclude it from the voting stage.

Our cats are ALL amazingly beautiful! This friendly photo contest is about the way in which the cat is captured in the picture. We're not looking for professional photography, but do try to keep things like image quality, lighting and composition in mind.

This definitely falls under "need to explain" :lol3: My Lucky, on my birthday (our birthday!) ten years ago. I had gotten flowers from a friend in WA for my birthday. And mom always says my birthday is the beginning of spring for her (since it's the beginning of meteorological spring). Yeah, pretty far reaching, but it's the closest I could get with my indoor kitties!

I keep all plants and flowers away from him. I do not have any in the house, not even cut flowers..sigh. I do not want to take any chances..

With each current BEAUTIFUL SPRINGTIME        entry so far, I can see I am  may go bonkers trying to decide by the end of this contest!!!!  But thank you anyway, it will be great fun!

Wow. Beautiful cat and a great shot

I'm hoping and praying that it starts to look more like spring in these parts before the deadline. We have buds on the cherry trees, just no blossom yet.

Come on sunshine! We need some pink for our spring kitties pictures.
