Any advice is appreciated!

We were given a 6 week old teacup Persian kitten who is tiny and weighs a mere 300 grams. She won't eat anything, she doesnt seem to have a lot of energy, I've been trying to feed her everything from kitten mousse to a chicken and rice mixture. The vet said she is underweight for her age. The vet didn't do a blood test on her but he does want to check for any underlying health conditions. Does anyone know what i could try feeding her?

She's very young to be away from her mother. At that weight I wouldn't be surprised if she's younger than you were told. Have you tried her on KMR? It's a replacement milk for kittens who aren't getting enough mother's milk.

Is she able to lap liquids by herself? If she can, try to get her to drink some KMR. If she can't drink by herself you might need to use a syringe or a dropper.

Make sure she is warm when you feed her. Young kittens can't regulate their body temperature and can't digest cold milk.

I agree. Use kitten mothermilkreplacement  (kmr)   OR goat milk, till she is stabilized.

A kitten whom had till now a mom, will be very reluctant to a bottle.   Try with a bottle, as its easiest if it works, but if it doesnt work, you must use syringe without needle or a dropper.  Corner of the mouth, tummy down, dropwise so you are sure she swallows.  It may go slowly.

Burp afterwards.

Be sure the kmr or goat milk are body warm.

Be sure she is warm too, may need active warming as a heating pad or similiar.

Work with her as an orphan whom  must be handraised, till she eats and gains.  Yellow Alert as now, on the verge of Red Alert.

When you had stabilized her, you may begin with the weaning process and more normal cat / kitten food.

Teacup cats are very very risky, it usually means that whoever bred her bred a runt who probably wasn't extremely healthy to another not so healthy runt. If she is papered then there's a chance she might have came from an experienced breeder who knew what they were doing.

A cat this size is not good at all, so I agree with the KMR or goats milk, she needs to gain weight and get her strength back.

You can try giving her a smidgen of corn syrup to give her some pep before feeding her the kmr. How did you get a 6 week old kitten?
