Ok, so Rosie puked a couple times. Is this normal? Still no kittens but still more snot like discharge.

Have you seen any contractions at all? They look like ripples in her sides.

I haven't noticed any. But she was in my bathroom and I was downstairs when she puked. She's currently laying in my window sill and I'm watching her closely. So far I don't notice anything except more mucus plug coming out. I have to wipe it away because she tries, and can't reach.

Perhaps she over ate. She sounds okay now. Maybe it's hormonally related. She should go into labor fairly soon, unless she's laboring quietly now. Time will tell.

She just jumped down out of the window, threw up a little bit and went right back up to the window. There isn't really any food in it. Just looks like water with a little color. Thank you for answering me so quickly.

It looks like stomach bile. My guess is that she's in early labor and feeling sick from it. Keep an eye on her and let us know if anything changes. You pick up the other queen today, right?

Yes, I'm supposed to get the other Queen at 11. She's in a Different town so I may ask them to meet me tomorrow instead so I don't have to leave Rosie today. I will definitely keep you updated. I'm sure when she actually starts labor I'll have tons of questions even though I have read every article available, online haha. About the kittens when they come, when,fo I weigh them? Right away before they nurse? Or wait awhile?

Either is fine. We just need first day weights.

Can the people who are giving the cat to you bring her all the way to you? It seems it would be the least they could do.

I just sent them a messaging asking that same question. I'll see what they say. I don't mind driving to get her. But I don't think I should leave rosie right now. Hopefully they will either bring her to me or bring her closer so I don't have to be gone so long. Here is a picture of the new Queen. They say she's 6 years old and that this is her first litter but I'm not sure that's true. None of their cats are fixed so I don't see how it's possible. Either way she will get taken care of here and spayed when she's had the babies. I forgot to mention that these same people also have 2 male cats and another female who just had kittens 2 weeks ago.

She looks very sweet! I doubt she's 6 years old having a first litter. It may be her first litter though. Are their male cats neutered? Are they indoor/outdoor cats? Those people will continue having litters until they get all their cats fixed. At least you will be helping to remove one from the vicious cycle. Rosie should be okay for a short while if you need to leave.

Their male cats are not neutered. I believe she said they were both inside/outside cats so she didn't know who the dad was. I explained to her She should have the others fixed asap and told her about a place that will,do it for $20, but im not sure they will. Hopefully they take the time to find good homes for the kittens they already have. :(

That's very common before labor. Her body is just clearing itself out. Poor thing, though. I'm sure she's ready to be done!

I think I have noticed a few little contractions. It's so hard to tell because the kittens are moving so much. She's been laying on her belly a lot today which is weird because she's been laying on not her side for the past 2 weeks.

She is probably within 24 hours of giving birth. Probably not feeling too well at all. And contractions are painful. [emoji]128533[/emoji]

Sounds Like she's getting close. Poor dear. Upset tummy on top of everything else. Keep us updated! [emoji]128522[/emoji]
I definitely will! Still no kittens. She's been sleeping most of the day and still has pieces of her mucus plug coming out.
