Is it normal for her to lay with her tail in the air. She only does this when she is on her belly not if she lays flat. And she often lays on her belly in the same position they go in while in heat.. I think she is slightly standing not to crush babies.

Yes, she is. Her hormones are in high gear, which makes them nest and want to be with their human all the time. It's a good instinct they have for mothering. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Just keep an eye on her and make sure they all come out eventually. Pictures when you can!

No because kitten came out not attached to the placenta almost like the cord was too short then snapped as kitten came out. I will keep an eye on her I have a good vet at hand ready.

Think she is having a break. First two came withing 20 mins of each other. She is trying to clean the blood off her own back legs now.

Both kittens are squeaking and nursing

Third kitten is here a little boy! so I have 2 girls and a boy so far. Third kitten was a bit of a panic. He came out still in his sac and poppy was too busy cleaning the other kittens. So I burst the sac with my nail and just before I did the whole sac filled with blood and the kitten came out completely red! I gave his face a good rub until he was screaming then took the other kittens away so mum had to cut his cord. His Placenta came out too. Little guy seems okay poppy has cleaned him up and he is still damp but looking for a nipple.
