Two of my cats got into a huge fight today.  My male has a cut/bite on his ear that is bleeding slighty.  Should I take him in tomorrow or just clean it myself?

Try a bit of  hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball. You don't want to use too much moisture because cats can have issues if fluid gets in their ears. After that just monitor him, if it seems to be healing okay and isn't getting infected and he isn't having any strange reactions (such as a fever or swelling) then you probably don't need to go to the vet. Ear injuries are pretty common with cats and they usually heal on their own.

Hydrogen peroxide should NEVER be used on wounds of any kind.......this is very old medicine. Today we (should) know better. This substance is caustic and does more damage !  (No iodine, either !)

Do the Googling !

On top of that, it causes pain.

Plain soap and water or an antiseptic soap is just fine. A tiny amount of an antibiotic ointment/cream is fine as a follow-up.

Repeat the a/b ointment daily and monitor for healing/worsening.
