Need more clocks!

This is what i did today on this rainy day- finally found something to do with the blank wall above my couch. I figure if I see clocks I like at garage sales I can replace the mirrors. Find some long and different shape clocks too

I like it! When I first saw your wall, I thought, "Holy cow, that's a lot of clocks!" But I like it and it looks neat. Good job!

Do they all work? Do they all tick that you can hear? Do any of them ring the hour?

When we first got our clock on the wall above the piano, it rang the hour and scared the crap out of the cats. They eventually got used to it, but in the beginning its ringing would make them all scatter. Rick has it shut off between 10 at night and 7 in the morning, so it won't ring in the middle of the night.

The clocks are all battery operated and all do work!.. though one of them does tick and I need to figure out which one so I can pull the battery, lol. They don't chime or anything (if they did, I would have no batteries in them)

The one in the middle, two of the gears turn as well as the hands of the clock. I love it!

not looking forward to daylight savings!

BTW, the eiffle tower one- I got in Big Lots for $1.69.. if anyone is interested.

They look really nice!

It reminds me a bit of my dad's "office". He used to work with boats and has got a collection of ship's clocks, barometers and other gadgets up on his wall.

The ticking would drive me crazy too.

That's a great idea and looks really nice! The Eiffel Tower clock is an eye catcher - and what a great price!

I love it!!  And your lamp btw!
That gear one looks really neat!  My BFF's DD has a whole Parisian theme to her bedroom.  I might have to see if I can find that clock for her!

Back when I had military friends stationed in different countries and time zones I wanted to put up a few clocks to keep track of what time it was where they were.  I did have one for my BFF; because we'd actually call each other.  But I never got around to it for anyone else.  Now I can just look on my phone easy enough.  But it's not nearly as pretty!
