Chewy and ZiwiPeak

When I bought ZiwiPeak from Chewy website, under the ingredients listed, I didn't see tetrasodium pyrophosphate. I received my order and at the back of the canned good that I got ,that ingredient is definitely listed in there. Why the ingredients from Chewy different from that of the canned good that I got? I have no idea why. And why is Chewy not updating the ingredients in their website??? Consumers would like to know exactly what they are getting.  Chewy refunded my money right away though so they always have great customer service and fast shipping.

For those that don’t know, tetrasodium pyrophosphate is a toxic chemical that is also being used in household cleaning products including products for rust removal. Long-term use of this ingredient can cause damage to your cat’s health.

I was wondering why my cat's poop started becoming loose this week and I think this is the reason why.    

I would contact Chewy and let them know of the ingredient list and also see if they'll refund your money on the remainder of your order.

Chewy Customer Service is really good. I have only had to use it once, but I have heard good things about it....

and, if I was in your position, I would also contact ZiwiPeak to ask why that substance is in their food...
