swollen belly and no bowel movements for 7 days

i hav#2's  and in one evening her belly became bloatedd she is still active and eats  drinks water and pee's does anyone have a suggestion  i am on fixed income and cannot afford to bring her to a vet other than regular cisita

I'd give the vet a call. Many vets give consultations and answer questions over the phone at no charge. What kind of diet is she on?

I agree. A lot of vets may also work with you as far as a payment plan, if you have to take her in. 7 days sounds like a long time to me. Not good.

Has she been drinking water? If she is only eating dry food, I would at least try some wet food, & see if that helps.

i had her (lananai) looked at it turns out she is just constipated and was given a suggestion  for a simple remedy wet food plus canned pumpkin its slowly working thank ks to every ones advice

That's good news.  You can also add a little water to the wet food to help even more.
