What could these skin lesions on my cat be?

Though they are usually bigger they sound like abscesses.  Could your kitty have been bitten at any point?  If they are abscesses it is really better if they don't close over but rather heal from the inside out.

Hello and welcome to TCS. I moved your posts into their own thread so they can get more views.

I really think you should get a veterinarian to see these lesions. It's nearly impossible to diagnose based on an image and it's definitely not something we can or should do here. It could be a lot of things including infected cuterebra lesions (botfly maggots buried into the skin with breathing holes going out). If you squeeze them you could possibly be doing more harm than good, I'm afraid.
