Freya (right) and Pepper Allen(left). Pepper is about 2 years old while Freya is about 8 months give or take. My husband and I adopted Pepper when he was about 8 months old from a Humane Society here in Nebraska. After about a year and a half we got Freya at 3months to keep him company. They have a typical big brother and little sister relationship. She followings him around and he pretends to be annoyed by it. Pepper is very dog like, he greets us at the door when we come home, plays fetch and loves every person who he comes in contact with. Freya is your typical cat hiding from strangers and always meowing. They are our entertainment most nights.
