picked cat up with lotion on..?

back with another probably silly question lol!

i applied lotion onto my hands/arms for my dry skin (jergen's ultra healing) and about a half hour later i forgot, and picked up my cat briefly to move him.

i only thought of it now, and its about 2am so the chance of me bathing him at this hour is very slim. (yes, im a night owl but have many family members sleeping)

is this something i should worry about?? or will it have "soaked in" to my skin already and not affect him if he bathes himself?

I try to wash my hands after applying lotion.  Of course, sometimes I forget and pet my cats or give them a treat.  I've never experienced any side-effects or apparent sickness.  He should be fine.  Keep an eye out for your kitty.  If you notice any signs of illness, call your vet.
