Yes, these are the runts who are being bullied off nipples. They need to be weighed and then supplemented when they are not gaining enough. Please get a scale, a needleless syringe, and some powdered kmr as soon as possible. I would start feeding all of them just be safe until they are stabilized. It may not be too late to supplement the one who appears to be a goner. It's worth a try.
yes i am feeding it little at a time.. it don't look like it will make it but not giving up.. I put it  in a little box with a heating pad on low and going to give it a little milk every hour and hope for the best.. hope the sugar water wasn't harmful cause that was the first thing i tried.. thank y'all for responding.. am learning as i go.. really hoping we don't loose this one.. already lost one and really hope can save this one.. and the other three as well.. will be watching them feed on her from now on..going get the scale again from a friend.. i weighed them a week ago for a couple days n they were gaining weight so stopped weighing.. will have to weigh for at least a week to make sure they all  getting enough continually..  and mom cat been laying by her side for awhile but i guess she couldn't take hearing baby cry and decided to try and kill it so this is why its in a little box .. kept trying to lay like she was trying to feed it and was cleaning and stimulating it but guess she just couldn't take hearing baby that way for so long..

I am feeding with a tiny syringe it cant suckle its too weak.. and i have tried the  no kill shelter here..  They told me they are not taking anymore animals and that my best option is to just put mom n babied down, i,m sorry but i can not agree to do that.. If i can try and save them i will .. I could never put an animal down.. What is glop? Is that kitten formula? Cause thats what I am using and if it isn't could you  please explain what it is and how it will be helpful..

kitten glop is homemade KMR.

You can try to smear a little light karo syrup or honey on the kittens gums just before you feed it.  It will give the kitten a quick energy boost to eat.

: 90 ml condensed milk : 90 ml water : 120 ml plain yogurt (not low fat) : 3 large or 4 small egg yolks Mix all ingredients completely and warm to 97- 100° F before feeding.

condensed milk? is that evaporated milk or that sweetened condensed milk?

Here is a recipe I just found. Would this be ok? I know not all info can be correct on Internet so let me know what you think?

If you can continue to buy it at the store, using petag brand KMR I would highly recommend using that though, it has everything they would need and get from moms milk, so it's really the best way to go.

Oh, my goodness! Thank you for caring so much! I hope the other 3 continue doing well. I'm so sorry for the one you lost. I hope mama starts eating better soon. If she's constipated, you can add a few drops (teaspoon) of olive or vegetable oil to her food to help her go. Just keep offering her food - wet and dry. Can you try some boiled chicken? Or maybe switch her food to Fancy Feast wet? Just try something else that she might like - even tuna fish to get her to eat. I hope the little ones continue to do well. It's kitten season so shelters are full! Let me know if I can help you with anything else. I'm right here! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Thank you.. I just found a rescue.. Asked for help on my facebook and someone was kind enough to help find one.. So kittens will go with them tomorrow.. I don't have the knowledge I need to care for them. All my cats are fully grown and never dealt with such tiny fragile babies.. so all is working out for their best interest..  Thanks so much for all your helpful advice and care.. so appreciated.. And now their Mom can begin to get better without the extra stress of the babies.. Cause she is having problems that need attention and cant do that with the babies.. Thank you again..

Is there any way you can send mama with the kittens and then take her back in a few weeks? They really need mom, and she will miss them terribly if they leave at this point. If they are getting supplemental care from a pro, mom should be able to rest and recover as well.

Please consider this. They really all need each other.

I agree with you she will be sad without her babies, but mom cat is having medical issues and i cant send her with kittens because they do not know her medical history.. They whole point in them taking the babies is for mom and babies best interest.. Mom cant get better if babies are around.. The stress is to much on her body.. And she needs daily care .. At this point right now I am not sure if mom will make it if she doesn't start passing bowl soon.. I have already had her to the vet which was quite expensive that I reached out for help and others helped pay for it.. The Tired Dog Rescue Was a blessing, they paid to save mom! We are doing everything possible to save her and babies..  I started her on the Miralax cause I came across this Cat site and it was a Blessing as well cause it worked..  Was her first time getting backed up so I stopped the miralax for a couple days thinking OK  i got her regular again she is fine, But now she is blocked once again which probably means she will have to stay on this Miralax for good.. And she keeps trying to nurse babies and its taking a toll on her she isn't eating or drinking like she should be... Hardly any at all.. I have to send babies to people 1-who can care for babies better than I can and 2- for mommas health to get better... I would soooo rather her be with her babies.. But she cant get better with them.. I tried separating them but she would hear them cry for feeding time and would stress out to much.. and I cant let her out till i can fix her and i cant fix her till she is better.. Its just best for all this way.. But i do agree with you.. But its just not in any of their best interest keeping babies with her.. I wish It could be that way I truly do..  Hope you understand my explanation.. I love all my furbabies.. Have 5 here and i will do anything for them, and mom cat is a stray who just decided to come when she needed help the most and been by her side since.. She will live here now and I will do for her like I do for any of my furbabies , help them best I can :) Thank you for your response .. This site has been such a Blessing.. Has helped us in every way possible.. And I appreciate all of you guys for caring enough to respond..

UPDATE ON MOMMA CAT: "Lady"
Here is the latest on Lady! She has been on lactose 3 times a day and Miralax 2 times a day and still accumulating stool and having rectal bulge.
PURRS of HOPE Rescue took her to the vet again today,. and she did a rectal exam to removed the accumulated stool, she was not like she was where she was impacted, stools were soft, but she kept a bulge like she was not completely emptying, on exam she found that  she has a Circumferential Perinatal Hernia/Sac, the treatment for this once they get the swelling down will be surgery. The surgery is effective 80% of the time, but they are going to try for her. She can not continue to live to life this way. They will be talking to a few surgeons as this procedure requires a very experienced surgeon. Not sure of price, but she has to have it. . She would not have surgery for about 4 to 5 weeks, they need as much swelling possible to go down, if she keeps getting the stool accumulation, they will be back and forth to the vet for her to manually remove it until then. Once healed and if all is successful she will be spayed and placed in a home once an approved adopter is found. She can't be spayed until this is all taken care of the anesthesia medication will slow down her bowels and we can't have that. She has a long road ahead, it is thought that there was nerve damage due to the delivery and prolonged impaction she initially had.
There will be a fund raiser if and when she would need surgery. So Will Post Update again probably in two weeks and let everyone who has been following Lady's progress how she is coming along..

Prayers for Lady everyone
