Madison's about to leave

Everyone,
Thank you for all your support. Madison crossed the rainbow bridge today but her spirit will remain in my heart forever.

She was on predsidone for about a week and it looked incredibly hopeful as she got her playfulness back. However, I knew it was temporary and she started regressing yesterday. In fact, she became so much worst and had 11 known seizures between 8-2pm today. I knew that it was time. Thank you all for your sharing your experiences, support and especially the encouraging words.

I am truly sorry for your loss of Madison! She was and is a beautiful kitty!
I know your heart is breaking right now, and I am sorry for the pain you are going through. I have been there, and I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone.
It is truly devastating and such a great loss.
I wish I knew what to say to ease your pain, just know that you loved your Madison with all your heart and you were loved back in return.
I hope that one day you can think of your sweet kitty with more smiles than tears.

I am so very sorry. It's never an easy decision, but knowing that you did the right thing does help. She was a lovely little girl.

Thank you. I can't believe how fast cancer took over her. It's only been a month since she got sick. I hope your little one is doing much better. I'm rooting for the both of you!

Thank you. She's had a few bad days recently and I'm struggling with the idea of continuing the palliative care. I can't stand to see her hurt or suffer, but I don't want her life to end before she is ready. I fear our days together are getting shorter. In the end all I want is what's best for her. She deserves no less.

Oh ealyssa, I'm so sorry!  I know all too well how you feel.  Let there be comfort in knowing she is at peace & no longer suffering. Her spirit will always be with you,

as well as playing up in heaven with all of our TCS kitties.   I hope that you are feeling all of the love & support from everyone here. I know it helped me.

I am so sorry that Madison has gone. She is now in a perfect place and in perfect condition.
