The milk should fully come in soon. You can trim the fur around her nipples if need be. Are the kittens getting enough? Do they cry a lot? If they are crying frequently then they are hungry and you need to supplement.

not sure about a few things. ,

miss kitty comes out of her box a lot and lay on the concrete just in front so she can see her babies, I think she is to hot in the box, is this normal ?.. when I  am watching her on the camera, she is going back inside when they whimper I think,, I think the box may be to small for her to stay in it all the time with the heating pad on. it is warm where I live,, getting up in the 80s during the day. 70s at night.

I have not seen her help the babies go to the bathroom because the box is to dark to see in with the camera.. so this morning after they let go, I rubbed each one with an old t-shirt, they all peed

I squeezed one of her nipples, and the milk is starting to come. all appear to be doing good

Mom cats like to take breaks outside the box, but nearby. It's perfectly normal. You may want to make a bigger box though, with room for mom to stretch out while nursing. Heating pad is on low, right? But mom can regulate her own temperature, so she does not need it like the babies do. It's great her milk is coming in. She is probably cleaning the babies and stimulating them, but since they nurse a lot, they pee a lot! All sounds well! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

If all is well, they don't need to go in until the kittens are 8 weeks old. Everyone can get shots then. Mom and babies can also be spayed/neutered.

I found a bigger box, transfer everyone over to it with no problems. Kitties are doing great. but Miss Kitty hasn't eaten since yesterday morning, I had fill her bowl up then.   she is drinking a lot and using the potty. I offered her some  canned salmon dinner this morning, she turned her nose up to it. I know she needs to eat to keep her milk supply up. ????????

Does she have plenty of fresh water? Try some plain, boiled chicken. She's probably having an off day. Keep an eye out. Nursing moms usually eat quite a bit.

That's perfect! No salt or onion - just broil or boil. Cats generally go for chicken and broth if they are feeling poorly or low.

Great! Then just shred a bit into bite-size pieces and spoon a bit of broth over it. Hopefully she'll find it appealing.

or you can try meat babyfood=most kitties love this. the ham is the most popular in my herd next to turkey. some kitties don't like fish. you can try tuna=but don't use the white meat-get the light meat-the darker colored fish has better flavor/smellies.  sorry I didn't read back past a few posts-was she eating kibble prior?

Good luck with the chicken!  if that doesn't work=I use a can of dark meat tuna-put it into a jar and add water-2 can fuls=mix well-its like tuna water-most kitties love this=it wont solve the problem of eating but it will get fluids into her faster.

Back from vet

took an x-ray to make sure there wasn't still something in there,, tummy was very sore. nothing showed on the x-ray and the vet couldn't feel anything but she gave her a shot to flush it out just in case. and

no fever but suspect an infection so antibiatics and something for the pain, some sq fluids too

she said the babies look good. so no worries there,, we have 2 males and 2 females we think.

they tried her on A/D and she eat that so got a couple of cans.
