She's precious... Suspicious top two "enough already" in the third curious, "another one" and in the last, "they don't pay me enough" great shots of a happy kitty with personality. I can not get mine to pose or look at a camera unless it is off it is crazy........ She knows!:lol3:

OMG she is beautiful. I don't see anything wrong with her facial expressions. She is soooo cute.

haha thank you everyone for the comments!!

she'd just been spayed a few days after i took those photos, so i think maybe i was just on overload worry mode... her behavior is good, she's playful but not really as much as she used to be. but she likes to be petted and eats regularly.. and she purrs a lot.

she's got a revisit for being spayed in a week so i might bring it up then to my vet and see what she thinks.

@shebaa haha yes! i think i got mine from walmart actually. sparkly and pink? :) i have the gold in it too for my other cat princess.

I think the angle of her eyes + her high cheek bones give her the appearance of "sad face". Humans experience this too, only we call it resting b#$@% face. What does her body language say?

She's very cute btw. So fluffy looking :-)
I was going to say that too! RBF is a serious problem that many women struggle with

But seriously, I think she looks a little annoyed, not necessarily depressed. I get that look from my girl cat too who is a total diva queen. One of my boys always kinda looks and sounds mad or grumpy, but then I hear him purring at the same time.

She looks sad to me, but I think behavior is the best indicator; if she is acting normally, it is just the way she looks. I bet her recent surgery is a factor!

She looks like she is trying to convince someone of her "innocence" like I someone I know:

"Who me?? I couldn't have knocked your purse onto the floor. I was over here the whole time minding my own business. Would THIS face lie?"
