Looks interesting... but doesn't it seem inconvenient and expensive?  I thought that convenience and cost were the only two reasons why people feed dry food in the first place?  (Oh, and I guess picky eaters, but that's another story...)

I think it'd be more convenient to just feed a can of wet food. :)  But it's an interesting idea!

Let us know what you think of it if you do try it!  Perhaps it could be added to wet or raw foods as well...?

The problem I see is once you start using toppers your kitties will expect it all the time.

I'm passing on toppers.

It looks like it's just chicke in broth with some other flavoring and stuff
And since it's a gravy topper, the carbs are likely on the high side. I wonder how many people are going to fill up a bowl with dry food as usual and pour the gravy on top and let it sit out all day for the cat to graze on

You can use it on canned and raw foods as well. NV just promotes dry food in the product info.

Better to use regular canned cat food as a topper (on a small quickly eaten amount of dry food) or something like freeze dried treats IMO.

Yes, I saw these the other day in one of our local stores and wondered "why bother"... not only would I not want to feed the pea flour but they're expensive. Considering both those things, if you're going to use a wet topper, why not use a lower-carb complete food that way? Not that either method would work very well with our cats anyway: they generally tend to hate it when I mix their wet foods! Anything with a bit of Pure Bite dust, however, is great.
