Charlie update

Haven't posted in a while so I just wanted to update you on our new little baby - Charlie. Here is a shot of Charlie trying to make friends with Tippy, who isn't being receptive. See ;her mouth open and shiny eyes? The other is Charlie in bed with our 13 year old Angel, who surprisingly is beginning to make friends. I thought it would be the opposite - thought Tippy would be ok and Angel would be the holdout. Cats surprise you. Charlie is blending in and is a little doll - super super affectionate. We miss our beloved Tony every day and I cry at the mention of his name. He was one in a million. But little Charlie is taking away some of the hurt. We like to think it was Tony's gift from Rainbow Bridge.

So glad that Charlie is getting comfortable.  I understand about taking away a little of the hurt--we adopted two kittens a few weeks after my beloved first cat died.  There's no replacing those special kitties but new little ones sure bring some of the joy back, don't they.
