ENTRY - Sara is only the second calico I've ever had. The first was when I was a little girl; her name was Cream.

ENTRY. Boba Cat is our little surprise. As newlyweds planning to move in the next year or so, we didn't think we wanted to get a cat right away. When that changed, we wanted a long haired tabby. But then Boba walked into our lives. Never thought we'd go Siamese! But we love him so much!

ENTRY - Sissy is a pet fiend.  I don't mean she likes pets... I mean that about once an hour she demands them by walking up to you, sitting down and staring for a moment, if you don't respond immediately she meows a you with the most annoying look on her face saying "excuse me, why haven't you pet me yet?".

Callie likes to rest her head on my hand/arm when she sleeps. <3

ENTRY - Delilah absolutely hates raccoons. Every other animal is allowed on our porch. Squirrels, birds, cats, dogs, opossums are all fine. But if she sees a racoon she will charge at the window and hiss with all her might.

Casper tells us every night when it's time to go to bed. He'll park himself in front of one of us, blink, and once we get up he walks right over to the stairs and goes up.  So, of course, we follow because ... cats

When I go to class, Luna likes to take over my bed for napping. You wouldn't think a cat could take up the whole bed... She sits right in the middle. I never want to get into bed and wake her up!

Honeybee absolutely loves scratching horizontal surfaces. She has one of those "S" scratchers that has seen better days. These are a great idea!

our little DeeDee is a real spitfire, very high-spirited...and very much loved! DeeDee finds it hard to be patient while i'm preparing her meals, so today i crumpled up a piece of printer paper and gave it to her, told her it's her very own paper...she can chew it, rip it up, bat it around, or whatever she'd like. this afternoon we have one very happy little DeeDee!  View media item 339336

We have a variation on this theme that was up in our barn compound for 3 years in the Mojave, so it's pretty faded!  I'm pretty sure that Tarifa, especially, would love to have a Bergan Cat Turbo Scratcher, because, well, she's pretty much a turbo torti.

The police were at my house today.  After 45 minutes of non-stop yowling for Temptations, which I am currently rationing due to fat-cat syndrome, Hekitty had convinced the neighbors that I was torturing my cat.  Fortunately, one treat convinced the officers that this was a case of kitty-tantrums.
