Update, they are both doing better :)  Staying hydrated and doing well.  She is up to 9oz now and he is 12oz, so they are both gaining every day (he is gaining about 1/2 oz and she is gaining about 1/4oz per day.  She had her last episode of squirt/just come out diarrhea all over her yesterday at about 3am, so they both had to get baths.  She had some softer stool, mushy, not quite diarrhea but not all over herself last night.  I got him to poop a big long (about 1" or so) very solid stool yesterday morning as well.  I have added some electrolytes to her bottle and oil to his bottle.  They are really starting to play.  I do have a concern that I am going to ask my dad (semi-retired vet) about as soon as he is available and have her checked out tomorrow (today if he determines it's necessary), but her urine is a lot darker than his and she still is urinating without control even after I stimulate her in between feedings.  Thank you everyone for your advice.  I will check into the Ponazuril, we treat small animals only so don't have it on hand, but have a great compounding pharmacy and can get orders within 24 hours.  I will bring it up with her.    My vet thinks that when I added the oil to their bottle when they hadn't pooped for a few days it upset her system and she got diarrhea.  As none of the other kittens in the litter have diarrhea at all and there was nothing seen in her stool.  I do think the Metro is starting to help though since her stools are firming up and it's not getting all over her anymore.  She is about 1/3 the size of the rest of them (besides Monkey), and both my dad and vet I work for think she may have something wrong with her besides the diarrhea, to cause her to be so slow growing and so much more smaller than the other kittens.  Time will tell though.  My own kitty Mouse was tiny tiny, and is just a small cat at 6#, although she has IBD and asthma, but had a very very rough start in life, she was almost dead when I got her and brought her back to life with bottle feeding and lots of TLC.

I would wash the bottles thoroughly in case it is contagious.  You don't want to reinfect them.

I wash each of their bottles separately every time I fill them.  I just have the 2 being bottle fed, the rest of the siblings are with a mom, these 2 were just not doing well so I was taking them home with me at night and putting them with mom during the day and supplement feeding, until the little one decided not to eat very good after being with mom but wasn't doing well.

How much formula is she eating and how often? It's good she's peeing. It may take a couple days for her to poop. Is mom stimulating her or are you?

She is eating about 12-15ml every 2 & 1/2 to 3 hours.  I am stimulating with a cotton ball, seems to work better than a towel or paper towel.  I think we finally got her over the diarrhea slump, as her stools are firming up.  She gained almost an entire oz this morning :)

So just wanted to post an update.  They are about 5 & 1/2 weeks old now, still bottle fed, although "Sweets" the little runt/girl started eating canned food with milk mixed in today on her own.  Monkey the boy had no interes in it.  He weighs 1# 3oz and she is 14oz, she is still super tiny and doesn't seem to be growing, so I'm worried something is wrong with her.   The other 4 kittens still with the mom as a little bit bigger than Monkey, but he's almost their size.   He is the one with white on him, she has no white.  This pic was about a week ago:

And this was today:

She's actually not doing too badly. If she begins eating solids several times a day now, you will see her begin to grow more. She should be offered solids first, then get her bottle. Hopefully her brother will show interest in wet food soon too! They are just precious! Thank you for the update! [emoji]128522[/emoji]
