if you mean Narcolepsy, where you suddenly fall asleep, I'd be pretty sure it exists in cats as I've seen videos of it existing in dogs.
Some little daschund was walking around and then.. boom falls over asleep.. wakes up.. goes back to playing around.
Not really dangerous if you have cat proofed your house for situations where spontaneously sleeping could be bad, just annoying?
