Well, you all know that I've been a Supernatural fan since midway through its first season. It's now Season 10, so I've been faithful, through the good, the bad, and the snark. Love my SN. (For those who don't know, I had just come home from a meeting one Tuesday night and, while I was undressing and putting on my sweats, I was flipping through the tv channels. Came across a bare-chested Sam, said, "Hello, what is this?", sat down on the bed and well, that was that. There are times when I'm definitely lurking in the shallow end of the pool.
 )

I like Sleepy Hollow, too, although not as much as the first two seasons.

I started watching Lucifer and it's so stupid that I like it. Tom Ellis makes a great Lucifer, and, again, I like the snark. Thank goodness for OnDemand, though, because I keep falling asleep during the last 15 minutes of the blasted show.

The second season of Outlander comes back on April 9, so I will be calling our cable company to get Starz for the next couple of months, while Outlander is running again.

The X-Files. I'm working my way through the old X-Files on the Fire Stick, about halfway through Season 2.

Elementary. You know, I tried watching it, but I keep falling asleep. It's not that I don't like it; it's just that I'm really tired, I guess. After I'm done binge-watching The X-Files, I plan to start Elementary.

America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Country on CREATE, a PBS station.

I like Big Bang, but usually watch it on OnDemand on Friday nights after Sleepy Hollow is over.

And that's pretty much it. I have the tv on for background at night, but I'm not really watching it. I usually fall asleep to something, then awaken around 2:00 and turn the tv off. Most of the time, I'm asleep by the time the 10:00 local news comes on.
i think you've mentioned Outlander before, but i'd never looked into it. yesterday i checked for it over at the dare tube, and they have it! it looks interesting to me, so i'll start watching from the beginning.

wasn't/isn't there supposed to be new episodes of The X-Files? maybe they're just not available yet...?

"Race for the White House" on CNN

It is pretty cool actually, talks about elections in history. It's like a mini-series I guess since they will run out of elections eventually, and not all were that interesting. They talk about Lincoln/Douglas, Bush/Dukakis, etc. I had NO idea all the stuff that went on with the latter mentioned until I saw that the other day!
hmmm...i'm definitely not interested in politics, like current 'junk'. but...a series about elections in history -- that sounds very interesting to me. i'll look into that series!

The only show I'm totally addicted to is Once Upon a Time.

Other than that, I watch the Voice and American Idol.

None of the current shows appeal to me at all, and haven't for a long time.
i 'get' that! there are many more current tv shows that i have no interest in than those i find i like.

i like many of the PBS and BBC shows, especially older series.

I have kind of plebian tastes when it comes to tv.

I'll watch anything paranormal, at least once.  Even old reruns of Most Haunted. which might be the most bogus thing ever.

NCIS

Criminal Minds

Lucifer.  He's just such a cute little devil.  Cheeky.

Rosewood, for many of the same reasons

Hawaii 5-0

Bones, in season (I HATE that split season thing that Fox does...almost worse than their news programming)

A BUNCH of animal shows, "My Cat From Hell" being at the top of that list.
hmmm......another who enjoys Lucifer! maybe i'll check that show out!

'that split season thing', is that when the show is supposed to be 'on hiatus'? i don't like that either.

I can't explain Lucifer; it's just a hoot. It's the little things: He's the devil, the King of Hell (although I watch Supernatural, so to me the King of Hell is Crowley, but I digress). And he's taking a vacation. In LA.  His people are trying to get him to go back to Hell, but he likes LA. He has some really bad Dad-issues.

There's a couple having sex in the apartment next door. And the woman is yelling, "Oh God! Oh God!" Lucifer says to Decker, "Why do you people have to bring dear old Dad into everything? Why?" And he's serious. Later on, somebody tried some food and, "OMG!" Lucifer turns to Decker and just looks at her. And you know, he's thinking about dear old Dad again. It's just.....quirky? Tom Ellis makes an excellent Lucifer; he has it nailed. And he makes me giggle. Very few tv shows make me giggle. It's not the finest in tv, far from it. But dang it, I like that show.

The music's not bad either.

I don't have cable so I watch a LOT less TV than I used to. Right now on Netflix I am binge watching Trailer Park Boys.
i think that's true for me too!
i've been listening to Serial, season 1 lately -- a podcast available via pandora, itunes, and on the serial podcast dot org website.

hmmm...maybe i'll watch an episode of Trailer Park Boys, and see how i like it.

It's hysterical. There's a LOT of profanity though. It's filmed like it's a reality show. Canadian gold.

i'm glad you mentioned Orange Is the New Black.
i'd seen the listing for this show back when i did the 30-day free trial of netflix, but didn't look into the show any further. but doing an internet search and reading more about the series, i think i'll watch an episode or two, and see where that goes.

The past few years I've been watching a ton of tv. I love drama movies. And for shows its

Law and order
Judge Judy. I love her snarkiness
That other court show that has three judges who listen to the case then they go out back to discuss.
Criminal minds
Svu special victims unit law and order
Fast and loud its about hot rod or restoration of cars.
Any show about old cars and how to tinker and make them go faster. There's one that is drag racing but I can't remember the title..its like reality tv.
How its made on history channel
Any biology show. There's one on animal planet about parasites and such. Learned a lot for human medicine.
I like those vet shows that are on only sat or Sun on the local channels around 9/10am. Can't remember the title

My cat from hell
Grey's anatomy (my favorite)
House. Another favorite.
Sometimes I like steve wilcox.
Basically any cop show or law and order type stuff
.
Flashpoint
Bluebloods

And for comedy
Pawn stars
Pickers
Modern family.
Sanford and sons.

Basically anything that has dual plots going with good character stuff as well as mystery.

Ahh, living alone, I watch tons of tv. It's how I chill out at night!  I have things I watch each night.

Some shows I watch are,

Once Upon A Time

The Foster's (on what was abc family, is now free form) (I used to sing the intro song to Angel)

Bates Motel (A & E)  I can't/ don't watch horror, or scary movies, but I do like thrillers, & that's what this is like.

Blind spot

Big Bang Theory

2 Broke girls

Grey's anatomy

How to get away with Murder

Rosewood

Sleepy Hollow

The Black List

Shades of Blue

Super girl

Hollywood Medium (on E!) That kid is amazing!

Little Women of LA (lifetime)

The little couple (TLC)

Heartbeat (new NBC show)

(and the Hallmark channel shows that used to be Saturday nights, but switched to Sun. When calls the Heart, Cedar Cove, The Good Witch)

I also watch some of the ABC Wednesday night line up 1/2 hr. comedies like Modern Family, The Goldburg's, etc.. Funny!

YUP, I watch a lot!
a lot of good shows on your list!

i like Bates Motel too! it's definitely a thriller!

i love Blindspot! have you seen the most recent episode? i really don't trust that guy who's having Jane do things. i find myself saying, 'don't trust him, you don't know/remember much about him'. and he seems to be manipulating Jane into continuing on doing the things he wants her to. and the end of that episode...yeah, don't trust that guy.

Thanks!

Yea, I know, I think that too! It's so interesting though, how all the "puzzle pieces" fit together w/ her tattoos, & cases for the FBI!

OH, I forgot a few HGTV shows I like. I like Flea Market Flip W/ Laura Spencer, (I usually catch that on Sun. mornings, & I also love Fixer Upper, Love Chip, so funny & his wife Joe. I also like, but haven't seen in a while,

Rehab Addict.

yeah, the 'puzzle pieces' fitting together...both with Jane's tattoos and cases for the FBI, and the whole mystery of what went on with Jane before...slowly, as each new episode airs!

i love Rehab Addict!
