What do you need help with? Sounds like all is well! Mom usually chews the cord herself.

Do you have them set up in a nest?

yes... my smart baby led me up to her nest so I would be with her.. I called the Vet since the first baby was connected to mom for a while. And she said bring her in.. it went fine but I need help knowing if there's an emergency

There is likely no emergency as long as mom is not in distress. If you see her pushing with no result for more than 30 minutes you should call your vet back. Mama cat not cutting the cord right away is not an emergency.

It can take hours or happen very quickly. Panting is probably ok.

I havent had to see a momcat give birth but keep an eye on the color of her gums/tongue-as long as its nice and pink you are good. if it gets pale color then she will need to be seen but I imagine its from contractions. I would call the vet and ask about the panting.

Looks great! As long as she's not actively straining without any kitten coming or if she starts to cry very loudly, then all should be well. Such cute little ones.

Her milk may not come in until she is totally done with delivery.  She may also not be totally attentive to her kittens until she is done delivering.

Please just keep her calm and contained in the room with the nest.  In the meantime, it would be wise to get some supplies.
