Ever since I got Quorra she's had 1 eye that makes more eye scabs / crust than the other (her left eye). I got her from a breeder at 3 months old, and she is now 2 yrs old.

Everything seems fine - shes healthy overall! However most days I have to use my finger to wipe off the excessive black eye crust from her left eye (and it is seriously hard to wipe off)! It is often very hard and sticks to her.

I know that every cat (or human) will have eye crust. It's a natural occurance! I'm just wondering what is a normal amount for a kitty.

What breed is she?  Certain breeds are prone to this and need their eyes wiped every day.  Others never or seldom need it unless there is an issue.

If it's difficult to wipe off, use a cool damp cloth.  Have you had her checked out by a Vet for this specific issue,if it's not prone to her breed?

She is a bengal. Are you aware of the bengal breed having this issue??

I haven't taken her to the vet for this specific issue. It doesn't negatively affect her daily life, it's just annoying for me to always see buildup on that eye!

No, not aware of this being a trait of bengals, but I'm not all that familiar with bengals.  Did you discuss this with the breeder?

I would definitely bring it up next time you have a scheduled Vet visit.  Could be a tear duct issue or something
