These are all good weights, above average.

For the last blackie, there are surely names whom are used by both males and females?   Why, for example Marian - in some languages its a manly name, in others a female.   I think the american spelling Marion can be used by both

Re the  gender neutral name Marion - in at least one of Tom Clancy  half science fiction novels, in the Jack Ryan series, there is a superb excellent american panzergeneral.  In the middle of the book, we suddenly realize he is black, or as they say, afro-american.

Thus, Marion would be a very suitable and nice name for this blackie cat.   :)

Its a good raise.  Of course, being biggish from beginning, its not that suprising they add more than barely 10g a day, ie 0,3 oz

lola is such a protective mama. last night i asked my husband to go down and give her wet kitten food to her. she's been friendly with him before delivery but when he opened the door she met him with her back arched hissing and growling! so he just shut the door and i went. she's fine with me but she still watches every move i make. i sat down beside her today on the bed to give her some treats and my stomach growled really loud because i hadn't ate anything all day. she jumped up and gave me the strangest look, growled back at me and ran over to her babies and laid on top of them! they are all over 5 oz now.

lola was found as a stray and now that she's had her babies you can see how skinny she really is and that's after me feeding her good food for a couple of weeks. you can easily feel her hip bones but i'll have her fattened up before she goes!

Bless her heart for how protective she is! I hope she fattens up before she leaves too! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

They are adorable. Are Thelma and Louise the grey ones, tater tot the orange, Salem the big black kitten?

If you can't pick out a nane for the little one, why don't you just call him Little?

some of my babies are opening their eyes! yay! i'm going to have to re-name thelma and louise because it appears louise is a male. i thought she looked torti-ish but he's really solid  gray. thelma just doesn't work on it's own. i need a prettier name...
