My grandfathers dying, please pray.

I just wanted to say goodbye for awhile because I wont be able to get on the computer. Heres why:

We found out on Friday, my uncle has cancer all the way though his body and has weeks to live. On saturday morning my Grandfather colapsed(sp) and was rushed to the hospital having seizers and than was rushed to another hosptal to have a CT Scan done, it was descovered that he had an anyrism in his brain and they were going to operate and try to fix it or whatever they do, but it ruptured before surgury and my Granpa fell in to a coma, there was hope yesturday that he meight regain conscinese(SP I am an awful speller) today but he sliped into a deeper coma this morning and now has very little brain movement so the doctors gave him a 99.9% chance of not making it. Were all praying for the miricle that he'll just wake up. But I know he probably wont. He's in a hospetal 2.5 hours away and my parents and I had to come back and feed the cats and pick some stuff up for my Granma or else I wouldn't even be writing this.

All I can say is please pray.

Your entire family is in my prayers. This is all hitting too close to home for me as my father has Cancer right now

I am so sorry. I am thinking of you at this difficult time. My grandad died in December after being in a coma for a week - so I know how awful it is. Just tell him how much you love him - I am sure that he can hear you.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers.

They took my Grandfather off the life support today and he is breathing on his own but still in a deep coma. They say in a couple of days if he gets no worse they wll move him out of ICU and into a private room. That'll be nice since we can all be in there then and talking to him and the sort.
His heart is fine just his brain is damaged, so we just have to take it one day at a time.

We'll keep the prayers coming, then, and hope that he continues to improve. Being able to have his family around him may make a great deal of difference.

Thank you all for your kind words, but my grandfather passed away on Wed. Feb. 4. They took him off life support again and he passed within minutes. Which was a blessing. He wouldn't have wanted to lay in a coma.

So we are having his funeral tomorrow. Must remember to bring lots of kleenex.

Oh I am so sorry. Atleast now all the worrying and waiting is over and you can move on. (((prayers and vibes for you and your family!)))

Sorry to hear of your grandfather's passing. At least it was peaceful. The next little while will not be easy, so please be kind to yourself. We're still here with prayers for your peace and healing. Come and "spill it" when you need to.
