Hi! I'm new

I am a new member. I have 2 cats, an old tabby named Rodney and a new kitten named Blue. I just wanted to say hi to everyone.

My older cat is really old. He has been in my family since I was a kid. He's a tough old guy, even though he is almost blind and can hardly hear. He mostly eats and sleeps.

Recently I got a new kitten. His name is Blue, because his coat is a blue-gray color. He is quite the little terror! He tears around the house like crazy and is so playful!!!!!! I love having a little baby around.

I was worried about getting a new kitten with Rodney and all, but they have done ok together. Sometimes Blue gets overly playful and tries to jump on Rodney or get his tail or something. Then Rodney will swat at him. But he never gets discouraged.

I'm sure I'll be posting alot. People seem to be very nice here.

Glad you found us. Your cats sound wonderful, especially your new baby. They're so cute when they're young. I also have a 10 week old kitten, and he makes me laugh every day!

This is a nice place to post and read the other posts. I enjoy the
Smilies and the submit pictures option. I have one cat, Smokey, age 4. I want to get another cat but don't think Smokey will toerate another cat. He is very aggressive.

Welcome About how old is Rodney? I think it is amazing how old cats can live to be - isn't it wonderful! I have a blue-grey cat also her name is Toonces and she is 8 years old. She has green eyes and is a Russian Blue Mix. I have two sisters who are 7 years old (one is a tortie and one is a very chocolate siamese - wierd combination for sisters huh?!?!) WELCOME!!!!
