Should I file a case against that pet care centre?

Hi friends.I had an implant dentistry treatment in Oakville and had to leave my cat for 2 days in a pet care centre. When  I returned I found some rashes near his belly. After 2 days, I have noticed hair loss in that area. I am planning to file a case against that pet care centre. What is your opinion?

Your cat could have been stressed out from the change in environment and could have been overly grooming the area.

Have you talked to the pet care centre about the situation to see what they have to say about it?

I'd find out exactly what he ate and how he did while there.  Did he rest?  Eat well?  Drink well?  Pee and poo well?  Like Natalie said it could be related to stress.
