I have a cat that is pregnant. Night before last she was laying on my bed with me. I happened to look over at her and noticed wet spots on my bed and she was cleaning herself. I'm people will think I'm mean for moving her but I carefully picked her up and put her in a bed that I made for her. I thought for sure when I got up in the morning there would be kittens, there weren't. I went to work thinking well maybe there will be kittens when I get home from work, still no sign of kittens and she still has a belly. Same thing this morning when I got up to go to work. Should I take her to the vet or is it possible she's just having a long labor or did moving her affect the labor?

Her water can begin leaking 24 -48 hours before labor begins.  It doesn't sound like she is in labor yet.  You will see ripples or her stomach will feel hard when the contractions begin.  Stage one can last up to 24 hours before she begins pushing.  All cats are different so none of these times are exact.
