Sometimes moms feel lumpy after giving birth until their uterus shrinks down.

Are they all latched and nursing well now? If one can't find a nipple, put them to one yourself.

yes they are all eating good and she is super proud and loving. There is a really hard knot on her side aND it feels like the others did before she had them. I've left her alone for awhile and waiting to see if there is another one. I've been so excited I've been shaking. Lol She seems to like having me with her she has been licking me and purring really loud. It's been 3 hours since the last one was born.

If she has another unborn kitten, it will be born naturally in due time. If she's not in distress there's no need to worry. Sometimes another kitten is born a day or so later.

She isn't in distress, she is up eating and drinking on and off, but every time I leave the room she hollers for me and wants me beside her and them. Is this normal?

I have a couple questions . I'm stressed out so please let me know asap. My cat had 4 kittens yesterday. The last was delivered at 2 pm. It is now 730 am. Last night she kept coming and getting me wanting a lot of attention, like she was trying to tell me something. She is still doing it this morning so I picked her up and gave her a belly rub . That seemed to be what she wanted. My questions are... is it normal for her to act like that? And what is normal when it comes to the uterus being swollen? Hers feels a little tight and this being my first litter I'm worried she may be telling me something is wrong with her.

Most likely she is just seeking attention and support for a job well done! Most new mom cats want some comfort from their human. I've also found that it takes new moms 24-48 hours to settle in after giving birth. Her hormones are still raging, just like with a new human mom. Her uterus needs to shrink back down so it may feel lumpy. Everything sounds normal to me! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Are torti cats born black? Can't really tell if this one will have orange like her mommy or not. If you zoom in it looks like some orange around her eyes.

Seems to be a solid color to me.
