I have always wanted to try them. I will see them when we are on a tight budget that week for food. Then when I got the extra money to spend I can't find them. I hope I can find them next week. I am making the peanut butter chocolate lasagna and think they would do better.

I love peanut butter and chocolate, I gave in and bought a bag of Reese's cups miniature the last time I was at the supermarket.  I have only tried one of the flavored Oreos, the birthday cake ones, and I didn't really like them that well.  I think I may well like the peanut butter ones.

Winchester Winchester How cruel to start a thread about these. I wasn't aware that such a cookie existed and now, I wish I didn't know. :lol3:

Sorry. Not really. :D

Half the filling is peanut butter. The other half is chocolate. But they're not Double Stufs so there is not a lot of filling.

Rick is a huge Reese's pb cup fanatic, as well as Oreo fan. He thought he died and went to heaven. If they were Double Stufs, he probably would.

I must be the only person on earth who likes chocolate and peanut butter but HATES them together. I don't even want them in the same room as each other.

I tried the lemon Oreos. They are amazing and they do a good job of satisfying that lemon craving I get. I also tried the vanilla birthday cake ones and they are just as good as the chocolate ones.

They need to stop playing with our emotions and just make ALL Oreos double stuf.

I love chocolate.  And I hate peanut butter.  But I do like peanuts, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and peanut butter cookies.  I think the problem with peanut or any nut butter really, is that I don't like the gummy/pasty texture.

CURSE YOU OREOS!

You see, they are moving their production sites overseas...killing more America jobs, and I have vowed to boycott them.  And now this.  Will my principals be stronger than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate?  OH THE INHUMANITY OF IT ALL!!!

I'm not too sure about that....according to Snopes,

"So while it's true that Nabisco's parent company announced the elimination of some jobs at a Chicago plant, the number of jobs affected was 600 (not 1,200 or 2,000), and the facility was not closed. The company concurrently invested the expansion of manufacturing plants in three states, and Oreos remain in production in the U.S. at facilities in New Jersey, Oregon, and Virginia."

DD turned 21 last Saturday. I took her to Disney World. We brought her BFF with us. I bought her a little carrot cake at the park but I bought her a package of birthday cake Oreos for the room. She wasn't upset.

We saw these in the grocery store yesterday.  DH looked like a kid in a candy store.  I wouldn't even get any closer.  Oreos are horrible. Once you start you can't stop!!!  And right now i'm already resisting those.  And salivating just trying to write this.
I should go get a package and put them in DH's Easter basket.

They are THE best oreos out there! I don't see them around here any more though. They need to be a permanent flavor...

I looked for them here but didn't see them.  I try to avoid the cookie and candy aisles so they may have been there and are gone now.
