She isn't responding at all to you?  This started right now?  She was fine all day up until now?  Or she hasn't eaten all day?  How old?  Has she pooped or peed?  What was the last thing she ate?

I think you're right that something is wrong with her.  If she's still not well in the morning I would really try to get her to a vet.  The breathing especially is a big red flag.

What did you clean her with?

You may be able to set up a payment plan or Care Credit.  Hoping @Margd  can provide some of her helpful finding a vet links.

The breathing problem is alarming, if you have a vet that you take the cat to regularly, try and work out a payment plan with them, maybe they'll let you pay later or in installments. You can also make a call and describe your problem, maybe they'll be able to help. More information about the cat is crucial so that members of this community can help, so please try providing info like age, whether she was spayed, recent litter box habits, what you used to clean her with and HOW, who recommended the cleaning solutions (if any), why you cleaned her, info about her eating habits, whether you have other cats, whether your persian spends time outside the house, weight, previous illnesses if any and so on. The best thing to do though, is taking her to a vet.

See if there are any suggestions here that you may qualify for: http://www.thecatsite.com/a/no-money-for-vet-care-how-to-find-help-and-save-your-cats-life

Only a trip to the vet will help your cat
No one here on TCS or the Internet in general can diagnose your cat. Be wary of any home remedies or suggestions that you may receive online. You don't know if the person is a troll or a well meaning person with unfortunately bad / harmful advice. People may claim to be a vet or whatnot but you can't take their word for it.

Please call your vet for advice. If the office is closed, the after hours voice message should tell you who to call for emergencies. Give that number a call. You can try to find a local vet ER using this directory: http://www.veccs.org/facility-directory/
