Help! My cats paw pad is cut!!

Ok so my cats paw pad is cut abd we've cleaning it for a while. We dont if its getting a tiny better or worse.

Please help, is it infected or is it serious?

Yes, that looks infected and incredibly painful. Please take your cat to a vet.

I would want that checking out by a vet. Paw wounds are incredibly difficult to keep clean, and I'd be concerned about the risk of infection.

No one here can tell you for sure if it's infected or not - even a vet needs to see a cat 'in person' to accurately diagnose and treat.
