Oh thanks God.she is fine now.i went to a near by vet hospital and luckly i got a vet present there she said that as she is not bleeding and seems good it is good but they give me tesday to come again for an ultrasound and if complications there then spay her or more decision will be taken.thanks to yau all for ur kind concern and support

I'm so sorry the kittens didn't make it. How is mom doing? If she is lactating (producing milk) and seems sad, she would make a good foster for some kittens who have lost their mother. You can check with your vet.

I m in a small village of khaiber pakhtoon khua pakistan.they gave her injection but she is not explling vet is worried now.may b thete is a surgery is needed.she is not showing any action of injection she is quite playfull.now i m worried too what is happening.are these vets here taking this serously or just........m worried

Did they do a surgery to spay her or not? If so, what is she supposed to expel? If they haven't done the actual spay yet, can they go ahead and do it now?

Spaying is a surgery; all the reproductive organs are removed, including any dead kittens left in the uterus. So I guess they didn't spay her. So, yes, if she hasn't expelled the dead kittens yet, she'll need surgery to get everything out before it becomes infected. If it does get infected she could die very quickly, even before you could get treatment for her.

Perhaps they gave her a shot of oxytocin to start labor. However, if it is not working, she will need spay surgery to remove the dead kittens along with her reproductive organs. If this has not already happened, you may need to be specific with the vet about what you want them to do.
