Deworming a cat with 4.54 mg pyrantel pamoate

What is the dosage for adult cats? I have one that is 5 lbs (she is a feral kitten that was the runt and I had to bottle feed), a 8 lb cat and a 10 lb cat.

I've never had to use a dewormer (thankfully).  Are there no instructions on the package?  Or no toll free number to call?

Pyrantel is extremely safe and very mild, virtually impossible to OD a cat.

My rule of thumb is 0.1 ml per pound of weight for kittens, but in adults it goes lower by a bit, so I would dose a 5 lb cat at maybe 0.4 mls, an 8 lb cat at about 0.55-0.6 mls, about 0.7 ml for a 10 lb cat.
