Nice. I'm curious, too, as to the difference between the Clorox dust wipes and the Swiffer dusters. Sometimes I think the Swiffers simply move the dust from one place to another.

I haven't seen them in our store yet.

Such a good thread!!

I was wondering about them also.

Yes, Pam, the Swiffer dust wipes do collect some of the fur kittens, but then, the dust just seems to move around...Unless I am a very bad housekeeper...which is more likely

I will be following the thread because I am very curious of the differences, if any between the two...

I use the Swiffer dusters too. Mostly for the ceiling fan blades and other stuff that's out of reach. I'll have to look online to see if there are any coupons available.

I use the Swiffer dry dust sheets and really like them.  I've tried the dollar store versions and though they seem similar, they don't work as well as the Swiffer sheets.  So I'm also interested to hear how the Clorox ones compare with the Swiffer ones.

They are much thinner and have almost a sticky feel to them. The dust really sticks!

Here's a pic so you can see how thick they are-

I went grocery shopping today and could not find them in the store!

I will have to start hunting around for them..I really do want to try the Clorox ones.

This apartment is so dusty, always...it is the ductwork...I wipe the vents periodically..at least the ones I can reach.

@AbbysMom, You live in Mass.. If you do not mind me asking, which store did you find them at?

I did my grocery shopping at MarketBasket, which did not carry them.

Thanks....

I had bought Clorox disinfecting wipes at Walmart and the sample was in with them. I ordered them on Amazon and they should arrive today. both Target and Walmart have them on their websites.

These are available on Amazon for subscribe and save. If you have 5 or more items in your order (I always do),  you get 15% off everything in the order. They also have a $1 coupon on them. You could get two 54 count boxes for $9.30

A one time buy is $11.12 after the coupon

I have the Swiffer 360 duster with the long handle. I wonder if these could be adapted to use with that for ceiling fans and such.

Going to look for these also.

BTW, has anyone used the Scotch Brite Pet hair remover sheets?  I've been using these for a while now and they work fantastic.  You place the "paper" onto a handle.  The sheet is really rough, kind of has tiny little barbs on it for lack of a better way to describe it.  It's for cloth furniture/pet beds and the like.  LOVE them.

One of these?

I normally use a lint brush like this, which works pretty well -

Do you think the Scotch Brite thing would work better?

I have the Scotch Brite thing. IMO it doesn't work well. Or maybe it does but my cats have strange fur that is attached to the furniture with super glue

Yep that is it.

I never thought to use a lint brush.  The SB works really good for us but is kind of pricey. Might try that lint brush too.  We waste far too much money on disposable stuff (apropos to the other thread about saving LOL)

I'm going back to the original topic of this thread.
I'm interested in trying Clorox dust wipes too but the stores in my area can be really slow to order new products.  Since these dust wipes have a sticky feel , I wonder if they a combination of a dusting wipe and a disinfecting wipe?  (Probably a dumb question.
 )

BTW I use those Scotch Brite  pet hair remover sheets too, but Sweetie's fur sticks to the furniture so much that I also have to use a brush with rubber teeth to loosen the fur, then sticky lint remover sheets and then FINALLY I get to use the Scotch Brite thing.
