Mountain kitties

Hi from the mountains of Arizona! Mom rescued us at different times but pretty close together. I'm Percy (formerly Purrsie-much more dignified ) My previous person passed away and i was in jail for a month. Mom came to the shelter and knew i was the one! She kept calling animal control until rhey let me go. Mom adopted Lola at Christmas. She was very very little and pretty sick. Mom spent the whole holiday in the spare room with her, making her better. She was pretty bad, so I wasn't too mad. I got goat milk which is pretty awesome
Anyway Lola got better and bigger and now I have an obnoxious baby sister as well as a dog.

And I'm particularly glad Lola got well, as she looks like my first ever cat, Grisette.

I'm so glad you were able to rescue little Lola. It really sounds like she needed all the help she could get.

Here's Lola now. She's spoiled by Percy, who keeps that very proud tail in perfect order for her. He's got to go on a diet--probably since I adopted a dumped older male named Friend he's decided he needs to bulk up to be the alpha cat. Little does he know--the alpha is Lola. :lol3:
